The Power of Journalling

I discovered journalling in 2016. Although I'd kept a diary since I was 13, the diary was always about past events, delights and disappointments.

In 2016 I discovered the power of journalling for expressing gratitude, love and setting intentions.

The only problem with my journalling was that I wrote pages which sometimes got in the way of maintaining a consistent practice.

The journal came about through discussions with a lovely lady Chrystel Melhuish who had found a way to keep it concise and doable without losing the power of the journal to enhance a sense of self-esteem and confidence.

I really like that I can use my journal for as little as 10 minutes, morning and night and benefit from the focus and reflection on the day. My clients report that they find it encourages them (and even their own clients) to write positively about their daily thoughts and actions, acting as feedback it shows them how they are moving forward faster then they realised.
