As a Confidence Coach, I work with business professionals and individuals who recognise that, in order to achieve their goals, they need to use their voice to inspire and influence those around them. Yet for whatever reason, their confidence is holding them back. This could be a lack of confidence speaking on stage, in the boardroom or in one-to-one conversations

Experiencing a few butterflies when you’re asked to get up and speak is normal – it shows that you care – but for many the idea of speaking in front of others is so daunting and overwhelming that they actively try to avoid it, often passing up vital opportunities. However, if we really want to progress in our careers, learning to speak with confidence, and with influence, is not something we can ignore. 

With each of my clients I take the time to draw out an inner level of confidence that allows them to be their authentic self, and build resilience so they know, that no matter what happens in life, they can handle it. I then help to create powerful presentations that ignite the response they want from their audience and to deliver with confidence

Along with this, I also work with seasoned speakers who are beginning to suffer a loss of confidence. In all honesty, when the strain of being on the road and constantly delivering in a high-energy state takes its toll, it doesn’t take much for our inner dialogue to change and our confidence to crumble

Recognising this, I teach tools that promote self-care so you remain in a peak state.
